Investing in Samís Bann Thai Restaurant Franchise is a simple process

1. Ask for and receive our information package on line or by phone.

2. Submit our Request For Consideration Form online.

3. After we receive your Request For Consideation Form, you will be contacted by phone for a short 30 minute interview. If you have met all the qualifications to be awarded a franchise and upon receipt of your financial statement showing your ability to meet the investment requirements, we will send to you the Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) with exhibits including the Franchise Agreement.

4. We require that you review in details the USDD and consult your attorney and CPA as well as gather information from franchise owners and our franchise consultants at FDG. This step may include meeting with our consultant to review the UFDD..

5. When you are ready to move forward, we require that you spend a day with us in our corporate store in Riverside, CA meeting the owners, managers and getting a feel for how we do business.

6. If we both agree that this is the right fit, we will set a closing date to sign the Franchise Agreement and you then pay your franchise investment fee.

7. You are now ready to schedule our 2 week training program for you and your key employees. You will receive our detailed Operations Manual and all the assistance and support you require to get started on your new Samís Bann Thai Restaurant business.
